After more than two decades with the business, Richard McCorriston has stepped down as Managing Director of Synergy Associates Ltd, with effect from 31 March 2026.
Richard founded Fresh Tech Limited in 2005 and spent fifteen years building it from a one-man operation into a multi-site international technology business with an established client base. Following the merger with Synergy Associates in 2020, he took on the role of Managing Director of the combined group, overseeing a further period of international expansion and growth.
Richard said: “It has been an incredible journey building Fresh Tech from nothing and then seeing what the business became as part of Synergy. I’m proud of what we achieved together and excited about what comes next for me.”
