Coppafeel’s Migration to Egnyte

The Challenge

Coppafeel, a London‑based breast cancer awareness charity, needed an enterprise‑level file storage and sharing solution capable of unifying two existing platforms while delivering strong scalability and high performance.

The Solution

In partnership with CoppaFeel! staff, Synergy defined the requirements for a modern Egnyte cloud file system designed to greatly improve infrastructure resilience, elevate security and compliance standards, and deliver a more effective collaborative environment.

A secure, scalable, and high‑performance cloud file system was scoped, built, and implemented, mirroring the organisation’s existing directory and permission structures. This enabled a seamless transition for users and an efficient cutover from the previously outdated and insecure platforms.

Synergy navigated the limitations of the existing systems and delivered a migration approach that ensured zero downtime for the client.
