This weekend, five of the Synergy team, including Ambrose from our LA office, headed off to St. Anton, Austria, for our annual skiing trip, SynnerSki.
The conditions were absolutely spot on — loads of fresh, powdery snow and gorgeous sunny skies. Setting off from London on the first flight on Friday morning and the relatively short transfer from Innsbruck to St. Anton meant we even managed a cheeky half-day on Friday afternoon to warm the legs up!
When we weren’t on the slopes, we were sharing decent Tyrolean meals and swapping stories. We even managed to see part of the Women’s World Cup downhill, which was being hosted in the resort.
Trips like SynnerSki aren’t just about getting away from the office. They’re about spending time together, building stronger bonds, and celebrating what makes our team so fantastic. This weekend was a reminder of just how much personal contact and building bonds can help make a stronger, more agile team.
Thanks to everyone who came along and made SynnerSki 2025 such a brilliant weekend. Here’s to more adventures and reaching new heights together — both on and off the slopes!
