Fresh Tech and Synergy Associates have merged.
As of March 2020, Fresh Tech and Synergy Associates have merged. If you’re wondering why you haven’t noticed any change in your service since, it’s because our primary aim has been to ensure that your support wasn’t affected by the process.
What does the merger mean for you?
Well, business as usual. Good talent is hard to come by, which is why we take such pride in the quality and ethos of the team we have assembled. We’re pleased to say that the whole Fresh Tech team has moved to Synergy Associates, meaning that the people who have been supporting your business so far will continue to do so.
And, thanks to our shared cloud-first approach and client focus, the high level of support you have come to rely upon will be unaffected. If anything, joining forces has massively expanded our offering.
So, what’s new?
Firstly, we have a bigger team, allowing us to broaden the services we offer. Most significantly, we now operate a dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC) and Security Operations Centre (SOC) to offer the best possible safeguards and support for your IT infrastructure.
Secondly, our already significant international footprint has been further expanded. With offices in Hong Kong, Dubai, London, New York, LA and Singapore, and strategic partners based around the globe, we can offer worldwide support at a moment’s notice.
