The Challenge

Beaumont Nathan is a world-leading art advisory, with offices and teams in London and New York City. In support of their continuing expansion, and after ten years on Bruton Street, the firm acquired new premises on Dover Street in Mayfair. As Beaumont Nathan’s longstanding IT partner, Synergy was engaged to architect and integrate the latest technology befitting the firm’s world-class headquarters. The firm required highly-secure IT and communication systems which integrated seamlessly with the prestigious office’s aesthetic, enabling staff to collaborate efficiently with each other and clients around the world.

The Solution

Synergy worked with Beaumont Nathan and other stakeholders to architect and integrate a leading-edge technical solution, comprising redundant gigabit internet distributed using the latest Cisco Wi-Fi 6E technology, protected with enterprise security, interfacing with advanced surveillance and physical security.

Synergy designed and implemented intuitive conferencing and breakout facilities, comprising elegant and intuitive Neat videoconferencing displays.

Synergy executed a meticulously-planned relocation of the London teams to their new headquarters over a two-day period.
