Carol Bove Egnyte Migration

The Challenge

Carol Bove, a leading mixed media artist based in New York area, required an updated solution for employee file sharing and storage.

The Solution

Working alongside the Carol Bove’s staff, Synergy drew up specifications for a new Egnyte cloud based file system, that would greatly improve the resilience of Carol Bove’s file sharing infrastructure.

A fast, reliable, secure, cloud based file system was scope, configured and deployed which replicated the existing file structure, users and permissions the client previously had. This provided a seamless migration for their users and smooth cutover from the legacy system.

Synergy worked around the limitations of the legacy on site hardware, providing a migration path which worked to have zero downtime for the client.

Synergy provided training to the Carol Bove staff at a time that worked for them, providing both local and remote support throughout.
