The Challenge

Incident.io are market leaders in software platforms managing emergency alerts, strategy and response. The client engaged Synergy, working alongside other stakeholders (architects, AV providers and building management), to design and fit out their new London head quarters IT infrastructure. Synergy was tasked with ensuring that all the office’s IT systems would function optimally from day-one, whilst delivering a modern, fast, seamless connectivity solution.

The Solution

Synergy worked with the client and other stakeholders to architect and integrate a leading-edge technical solution, comprising redundant gigabit internet distributed using the latest Cisco Wi-Fi 6E 6 GHz technology, protected with advanced security, interfacing with AV and VC solutions, surveillance and physical security.

The timeline for this project was very short and Synergy delivered the proposal, deployment and handover within approx. one month. This ensured no service interruptions while the client changed locations.
