Relocating Satusfaction

The Challenge

Based in London, Soho,  Satusfaction represents a strong selection of freelance editors who are either able to work in-house or remotely from home. They don’t agree size matters, but are proud to say they keep the number of freelancers they represent to a select group. They were given short notice to move from their office space to a new one, and Synergy were happy to help.

The Solution

Synergy worked to define a technology infrastructure for Satusfaction’s new space keeping in mind the smaller scale space while also allowing for minimal change in the workflow for staff, including times of peak office usage. Re-purposing Satusfaction’s existing devices to fit in with the new site, Synergy were conscious about their flexibility and reliability whilst keeping costs low. Our engineers attended at the new site to assure that the implementation was solid and usable on day-one.
