Synergy AI Event – Zoom and Egnyte

On the 15th of September we hosted our second AI event and webinar of 2024, at the Synergy Clubhouse. The event featured presentations from two longstanding and close Synergy partners, Zoom and Egnyte, showcasing their latest advancements in AI.

Zoom introduced their new Customer Experience (CX) functionality, highlighting how it enhances customer interactions and provides deeper insights. Egnyte followed with an overview of their existing AI capabilities and unveiled their newly released Egnyte Copilot, designed to streamline data management through advanced AI-driven automation.

The Nuts Challenge 2024

On the 7th September, a spirited group of Synergy employees, joined by some of our dedicated clients, took on the renowned Nuts Challenge in support of two of our charity partners, Future Dreams and Coppafeel. The event involved tackling one of the UK’s most demanding obstacle courses, braving mud, water, and grueling physical obstacles —all in the name of raising awareness and funds for two causes close to our hearts.
